I believe 192.168.1.20 is the default address for most Ubiquiti devices if that helps.

Ahh right. So this address is like some sort of autoconfiguration address.

Cyril - Have reset the AP countless times. Should I be doing this with the hard reset button next to the ethernet port? Do you get many of these come to you faulty? I notice on the box it has a QC check sticker from ubiquiti, signed by a tech. So I am guessing probably not much faulty product. Just the idiot trying to set them up is the problem lol.
