I do find the speed tests to be useful indicators, especially when comparing performance at different times (which can be relevant with RBI). However, that is not the issue here. I just want to find out what is causing this problem in case it might affect something else I don't know about yet. 

As to the above, I did try it with the Android app and it worked normally, as it also does with the Win 10 app. It is still a mystery why it won't work with the direct link.
