Word of warning: The gen1 cameras are going to be supported on the current version of the NVR software but not future versions.
ShortyNZ: The NVR alone is around $1800-$2K ....
With UBNT gear if you have a spare PC you can configure that as the NVR at no cost, but otherwise they have a little paperback sized PC all preconfigured so operating it is about as complex as operating a router. That'll set you back about $500+GST
