Does anyone have any thoughts on this - I am thinking of getting one of these:

To monitor the driveway - I will just have a PoE connection to it and run an internal SD card (don't need massive amounts of footage retention).

I currently have one of these (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/2-0-Megapixel-CMOS-Full-HD-Water-proof-Network-Mini-Dome-Camera-1080P-IP-CAMERA-2/104916_538093149.html) and it works well. Have been well impressed with it and used it a few times. But would like to get the night time sorted too.

I originally purchased from aliexpress - is this still the best place to get one at a sharp price :)

They're a good camera (I've installed some) but to be completely honest you're probably better off saving your money and going for a HDW4300 for well under 1/2 the price. Picture quality isn't quite as good, but it's damn good for the price.

The only downside with the all in one cameras is that they can't support an SD card, so this could be a deal breaker for you.

Yeah the SD card is a requirement - unless it is possible to get a NAS and the HDW4300 for the same price (or less) of the HDBW3300 :)

I personally use the Ubiquiti AirCam cameras however they don't have night-time viewing. They have some Grandstream cameras that do this though.

You could however probably buy the 4300 and one of their mini NVR's for about the same price as the 3300

Seems like a good solution - the NVR has 4 ports so I could still use my existing camera along with the new one - just need to factor in a purchase of the HD. Thoughts?

Whats the benefit of the bullet style ones over the dome type cameras?

Just let you know if you purchase from China, and if you are not happy with the product，it is very hard to return the product back to China by courier, especially digital products. Chinese custom service has some issues about digital products.
We have received a few faulty products and we can send back to China, I have to ask friends to bring them back when they travel to China.
So make your decision carefully.
