I would not recommend any of them.

How much do you want to spend?
What kind of music do you want to listen to?
Do you want "coloured" or "neutral" sound?
Do you want lightweight and portable, or heavier and tethered for home use?
Do you want lots of acoustic isolation, or a more open design that lets you hear what's going on?

any reason why?

How much do you want to spend? below $200
What kind of music do you want to listen to? it's ecclectic, a bit of alternative, hip hop, electronica, jazz, and some steve vai
Do you want "coloured" or "neutral" sound? neutral (possibly surround capable too)
Do you want lightweight and portable, or heavier and tethered for home use? home use, I already have bluetooth earphones for portable use
Do you want lots of acoustic isolation, or a more open design that lets you hear what's going on? acoustic isolation, it's mostly in my room too and would be good for gaming immersion

Sorry, I have no experience with headphones in this price range.

I suggest that you visit HeadRoom, the world's greatest headphone site - importing from the USA is often cheaper than buying in NZ, even if you have to pay import duty (which is unlikely in your price range). HeadRoom have a huge range, with reviews.

Also visit Best headphones of 2015

Preferred brands are Sennheiser, Shure, AKG.

Hope this helps smile

Now you're talking  smile

I'd vote for the Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear Headphones (but noise isolation will be low)  NZ price is way over $200.

I have been using a Harman Kardon Soho and have been happy with it. Nice leather finish, light, resistant, good sound - not much noise isolation as these are small headphones, not cup ones

at your price the best bet is ATH-M50 - which happens to also be very bassy

That is because the Momentum 2.0's are out and are better by some margin early reviews indicate.

In this price range, hard to beat.

I'd recommend SOL Republic Tracks Ultra. The most neutral of the Tracks range, but still bassy. I use the Tracks Air (Bluetooth) and the Tracks HD, which is bassier still.

You should be able to get some at that price point if you shop around and if you get them via Amazon, you're a shoe-in.

I'm a bit sceptical because when I bought it, it only lasted me for 6 weeks
