Hi does anyone have any recommendations for portable digital audio players which can play FLAC.

Not keen on any iOS device. Been looking at Astell & Kern (either the Jr or AK70) or Sony. Not sure what else is there that's worth considering.

I don't know how much Fiio players cost but my Xperia Z5 plays back flac files and other hi res filesand can use a 200gb SD card....and it's a camera and a video recorder and a phone and a calculator and a browser and a credit card and a....oh you get the picture

My Sony XZ does too. I have to say that the Sony phones beat the iPhone for music quality via headphones hands down IMV. I was surprised.
