Trying to avoid the Zigbee path as most of my devices are either Bluetooth or WIFI.

I'm ideally after a device similar top the Xiaomi ones below that I can use with Home Assistant for some simple house wide automations.

Anyone found a good Bluetooth equivalent?

I've noticed that Xiaomi appear to be moving their devices towards BLE as their new door/window sensors have already changed.

I use Flic Buttons - https://flic.io/

They're expensive, but I've got them all over the house. I use their hub which even has a built in SDK and this can trigger actions with Home Assistant. You however don't need to use their official hub and instead can pair this with Home Assistant directly and it works well too. I've backed the Flic Twist too because the buttons are so handy and just work with everything I've got.
