But I really want and NEED it too..

The file is an Mp4, just like the other 6 or so that have already been downloaded onto my ipod.

My ipod is an Ipod nano, 4th Generation 8GB.

There's nothing wrong with the file.. it plays on itunes, and my other applications like that..

My Ipod isn't full either, I still have way more than 3/4 left till it's full,

ahh help please!

Even though all your files are MP4's, they can all infact be different formats, mp4 is just the container that holds the video and audio.

Can you please go here and download mediainfo.. Run it and open a file that works on the ipod (copy and paste results here..) and do the same to the file that dosnt work.. This will help shed some light on the situation

The ipod is kinda picky about the dimensions too. I do recall there being a specific size of movie it needs to be (not the file size but how big it appears on screen). I don't recall what that is as I have 2 programs that select it automatically for me.
