Ordered a kindle from amazon on Friday, using default cheapest shipping option. 

Shipped from Philadelphia, arrived this morning. 

Local suppliers are often slower than this. I'm impressed.

+1 that, have been impressed with the delivery time. I ordered an item from 1 day two days before ordering a Kindle, Kindle arrived in 3 days time, item from 1 day in Hamilton arrived in 10 days. Enough said.

I wonder if Amazon have some secret code they put into the DHL shipping barcode/tracking number that says to ship it fast, or else.
Or is it that DHL International Priority is always that good?

DHL international priority is always that good for me, maybe not quite as fast but got something from Oregon shipped last Thursday and arrived Monday, usually takes around that time :)
