Tons of cams on DX.com.
Mine are two-cam (front and rear) and working for 3 years now with the foldable screens starting to mulfunction.

Over the last few weeks I've used the G1W-CB and the Mini 0805 both of which capture great video.

I got the Mini 0805 to replace the G1W-CB as it's far more discreet and came with a GPS enabled mount which allows the camera to location stamp and/or speed stamp the videos as well as keep the time accurately set.

I would recommend either of them depending on whether size and the ability to move between cars is important to you.

I am very happy with my Blackvue dual channel cameras. The rear camera is connected to the main camera mounted behind the rear view mirror with a coax cable. Power is taken from the car battery, and with an "UPS" the system stay on for a set amount of time after parking, so it will catch anyone bumping into the car when I am parked somewhere.

Its been very reliable and records onto a micro SD card (both cameras record to one card).

Got some video from todays run between Palmerston North and Napier, quite a bit of rear-bumper-hugger-muppets on the road, wonder if it would help (as in do anything) if I send some of the video to the Police..

Both wired into the 12v socket.

For the recent switch to the Mini 0805 I wired an additional socket in behind the dash so it can stay plugged in and out of the way but if you're not up to that it's not too hard to route the cable around the headliner and side pillar to keep most of the wiring out of the way until it gets to your console/outlet.

In the case of the G1W-CB it has a large capacitor (denoted by the 'C' suffix) which keeps enough juice to shut down without corrupting the last video but nothing more than that.

The Mini 0805 battery will last a few minutes so if you need to pull it off the mount and take it outside to record additional footage of an 'incident' you can.
