I second that.

I am all for directing people to a store, but to be honest, if a website is crap, I'll take my business elsewhere. There's no excuse for it in this day and age.

I have taken my business to Supercheap, simply because I can find prices on their website. I haven't bought anything online from SCA, but it is the store I will visit because I know what the price will be.

Supercheap free delivery on orders FTW. Compressor, toolchest, shelves. All too big for my car. All delivered, easy as. Sure, its a bloody expensive shop when not on sale and pretty bad when things are. But to not have to hassle with trailer is worth it sometimes.
