What everyone else said. But could you clarify this:

 

After 15-30 mins it started making some noises and the bubbles stopped coming out.

 

What noises does it make? Does the fan still work? And the mechanical thing still work? If either of those things don't work, then you would have a strong case that the device wasn't fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. (I think it's reasonable to expect a bubble machine to run for more than 30 minutes).

 

Whilst it's clear what the manual says, I'd add to the comments about the indoor/outdoor thing that a bubble machine with a "Very high bubble output" isn't likely to be useful indoors.

Heh talk about heavy handed tactics and much overly dramatic prancing by some parties.

 

Just email them, copy the consumer generic email address. 

 

Problem solved.
