I did look at Tiny Cam Lite for Android... Didn't try the Pro version.

 

Several Android apps I looked at seemed ok for viewing but limited or no setup options available.

 

A fairly important setup option is the motion sensing event setup viewing matrix.

Tiny Cam Pro looks like the best Android app so far...

 

I can find the motion event setup and image rotation.... still looking for the IR control.

Android Chrome allows access to some of the camera minor setups like the IR light.
