Can anyone tell me the thickness of the switch. I've searched but can only find packaging dimension. I just want to know how far out from the wall switch it is. I want to put one on the TV (wall hung) so the kids can't watch it until they have got ready for school etc, but I don't think there is enough room between the wall and the back of the TV.

50 mm plugged in.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Nah they're awfully fat.

System seems to be lacking enough built in options to make it really powerful.

Thanks,  I thought that might be case.

Are there any wifi controlled powerpoints that I could replace the current powerpoint with?

Have a look at the wiwo or the small K on aliexpress instead. The small K adds about 24mm to the depth. Not too sure how good the timer support in their app is, never used it.
