The Sony MDR1000X is now obsolete and replaced by the WH1000XM2. I picked up a fair of the WH1000XM2's a few weeks ago when they launched.

 

 

 

 

Those are the ones I meant - are you happy with them (how do they feel after a few hours on your head?)

 

For me, they are no worse than the QC35's on head, though I've only had them on an hour. 

I'll be travelling a bit in the next few weeks, I'll let you know after :)
