$40 TNT shipping is only available with stock from the CN warehouse. The code you applied is only valid for stock in the HK warehouse, which doesn’t have the cheaper TNT shipping option.

Doesn't seem like that option is available anymore? I tried ordering from the CN warehouse but it gives me the same shipping options

Yeah, I see what you mean. That’s strange. I can only guess that perhaps after the recent flurry of orders from NZ they have realised that shipping option perhaps wasn’t supposed to be offered?

Looks like the current cheapest deal is the $235 + $70-odd for shipping. Incidentally, this works out pretty close to what you would pay at DealExtreme for the same thing (possibly slower shipping at DX though).

I received the following reply on 20 October.

We are glad that your order is currently in our warehouse. It is being tested and packed now.
Once it is prepared, we will send it out as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you.

Not sure what that actually means. But still haven’t been emailed with a tracking number.

I followed up my order a couple of times with their live chat service. First time I was told to wait, it takes 3-7 days to ship, second time I was told it would ship ‘today’, and it did. Took 3 days from order for mine to ship, but their official line is it may take up to 7 days.

Just been emailed about the "Next Generation" one with sweep and mop, upgraded sensor etc. Anybody know much about it and are people still happy with the original? Big price jump to the new one.

I have just heard that my parcel is with customs in Auckland. My order was placed on the evening of 16 October and it was picked up by DHL on 23 October.

Now the wait to see if the package gets done or not. Having purchased at USD$ 282.43 and the new customs exchange rate of 0.69. I get NZD$409.
