Yeah sounds very much like sticking servos. Had that on my old Hornet. Not good when youre going flat out along the driveway and try to stop before the street...and it dosent.

Not sure with newer cars.....  back in my Hornet days, you could see the servos with the naked eye and do what you needed to straight away.
