Failed ios7 update

Does your PC "see" your phone? There are programs available that can extract data etc from your phone and the backups on your PC(assuming you didn't backup to the cloud) e.g. iExplorer and EaseUS MobiSaver Free.

Head to the ilounge.com forums and ask the same question.
You'll get good advice there...

I'm a bit late to the party but on A4 and lower devices this has worked well for me:

http://msftguy.blogspot.co.nz/2012/01/automatic-ssh-ramdisk-creation-and.html

Java file that creates an SSH ramdisk that boots on the phone. Log in via SSH and mount the partitions, then copy the files off via SFTP.

Done a few of these after failed iOS updates lately ;)
