
As you can see there are significant packet uses in the middle of the night and my user assures me that they are not doing anything.
We are burning up over 1GB a month! This is on Telecom.
We have done the following.
Checked to see what apps if any might do that. I can't think of any. The Corporate e-mail account (Exchange) is set to pull email, not push and anyway there would not be much at that time of the night. Other apps installed are the usual ones life Facebook, Stuff, NZ Sale and some others.
We did a hard reset and restored the phone but that didn't help. She also deleted a number of apps including Google Maps but (and I didn't think it would) it made no difference.
Even gave her a new 4S but then it was restored from an iCloud backup and the usage continued.
Are there any tools on IOS I can look at to see what apps are using what data? On Android it's easy as it's built into the OS but I can't see on IOS.
