I have had my iphone for about 6 months now and everything was fine until I decided to change my on account from one to another.. since then about 2 months ago I have been getting charged an average of about 60 dollars of GPRS on my invoice each month.
I could go into great depth about how Vodafone customer services treated me like a 2nd class citizen , Lied and even adjusted my account details with out permission! However this is not the reason im posting this msg.
Im looking on a definitive answer to stop this GPRS over charging by Vodafone.. unautorised phone or not, Im not using GPRS I have not asked to have a GPRS enabled account so in my own opinion im doing no wrong.
