I bought a 5s for the wife off 1-Day. It was a refurb unit and cannot complain at the quality at all. No scratches, bumps or other cosmetic damage. The only thing was the charger was not a genuine Apple one (if my memory is correct) and the packaging was not brand new. Other than that it was all good and still being used to this day.

They do come with a 1-day warranty. Like others have said the quality is pretty good. However ours was a Japanese unit and you cannot silence the camera shutter sound (its the law over there). Super annoying. Not sure how you could tell what you are getting though.

From what I remember, it comes with a 1-Day backed warranty. Just checked the 1-Day site and yeah a 12 month 1-Day backed warranty. Took about 2-3 weeks for delivery from the time payment was made which was reasonable in my books.
