Client was getting this message on their iphone

Details revealed...

Its a spark , huawei router. HG659 ?

Wheres the cert? ( the router I presume), why is it pretending to be office365?

The iPhone was connected to WiFi. If VDSL was down then the client software couldn't validate the certificate - no Internet means no way to reach the appropriate servers.

Nothing to do with the router in this case.

When internet is down on some routers (including the HG659) it redirects all requests to a “get connected to the internet” page. Totally normal behaviour and nothing to be concerned about.
