I have a iphone on contract, I can not view pxt on pxtworld.

I had requested that all my pxt be sent to pxtworld.
This was done, but then the pictures showed up as black boxes
Now nothing, no pxt are being sent there at all.
I have had like 10 pxt sent to me and they have just disappeared.

My partner has an iphone and is having the same trouble.

Is anyone else having any trouble viewing pxt in pxtworld?

Hi , no we don't get any notification. when the pxt where the black box we did get the sms with you have a pxt and can view it at pxtworld.
but now there is not sms nor anything at pxt.

I have even tried sending a pxt from pxtworld to both our iphones no luck,
but i send a pxt from my pxtworld to my daughters phone ( which can recieve pxt) and she got the pxt.
So I figured its not pxtworld fault.

hope you understand what i mean lol

Hi there.

Sorry to hear about your problem.. I had the same thing happen to me.

Just to clarify.. You havent used your SIM card is any other phone other than your iPhone?

because if you have, the MMS APN in then turned back on, on your account.

Probably the easiest idea is to ring Vodafone again and explicitly ask "Can you please turn my MMS/PXT APN off, but leave the internet enabled (assuming you do use that?).

They will be able to do this..

Regarding the Black images.. Try clicking the image to enlarge it.. and you should see your picture. THis worked for me.. All I can think of is that its something to do with Vodafone and the way they create the thumbnails.

I had phoned vodafone and got my pxt working for like a day, that was when all the pictures where black boxes.
then I phoned them re the black box and now no pxt. so I think they have press the wrong button.

even with this mixup my iphone is the best phone ever lol

I am going to take a trip into the vodafone shop at manukau city at the end of this week. hopefully to sort out this miss.

ok visited vodafone manukau and still no luck, they are going to look into why I can not get pxtworld. And ring me. I am not holding my breath here.
I have again, must be my 100th time emailed vodafone regarding this matter.

I think my next avenue will be to phone IPHONE help and see if they can find someone that knows anything about pxtworld for not pxt phones.

wooow called vodafone nz 3 times re pxt not working.

first call the person who I barely understood sent me to blackberry help when he heard i have iphone.
second call the person sent me to apple help . then must have realised she was wrong and text me the iphone help line.

phone Iphone help and got a lovely young man who listened to me. explained it was not his dept, which I already knew from my previous call to them last month. But after I explained my problem he transferred me and spoke to the new customer help at 777
then this new guy was very good and listened to me, then checked everything he could, explained that now a job ticket would be done and another dept would have to look deeper into why my pxtworld is not working.

He also said that he could see i have called many times but only one job was ticketed and then it was closed in error.

so now i have a job number and am sorta happy I got a bit further than usual.

But this has taken me 2 hours of phone tag. lol hope the boss understand lol

I am now at the stage where its , give me a new damn number if this one does not work on pxt world lol

anyway needed to unload this before getting back to same work.

ok good news they have opened my pxtworld to recieved pxt yesssssssss this makes my day.

I can not send any pxt from pxtworld but hey can not expect perfection. I am really tired of trying to sort this out. I am happy just to get pxt.

after 2 months part of the problem is solved.
