We have two iPhone 15s bought at roughly the same time (model no’s MTP03ZP/A and MTP13ZP/A).  The second unit while connected to the same AP (Archer AX1500) as the first unit is unable to connect to the internet.  My iPad and the wife’s iMac also connect to the same AP and the internet works normally on all except this one device.  The same behaviour occurs when connecting directly to the Fritzbox router’s WiFi.  This issue arose a few days ago but with the message “unable to connect to the internet”.  A full reset of the iPhone appeared to have solved the issue but clearly not.

Note, the AP is connected via ethernet to a 2Degrees Fritzbox 7530 on a fibre connection.  Both iPhones are running ios 26.5.  The AP shows both iPhones connected via WiFi.

Turned off WiFi and the suspect device also appears to be unable to connect to the internet.  Will not run Speedtest.  Checked that Safari settings are the same on both iPhones.

Looks like a strange fault on the iPhone but what ?  Any suggestions on what it might be, can it be fixed or due we have a phone only device ?

It turns out the wife has the phone set to a VPN to Poland 😟

We will see if that was the root cause.  Moderators can probably delete this thread.
