hm... my dad is really interested in buying an iphone 4 as well. i have had mine since launch day and i love it but the reception issue is a problem. im used to it now but before i had to consciously not touch that one bit on the phone.

im just wondering if the date 30th of sept will affect anythign... does anyone think apple will release some hardware revision where there is better reception? because it does seem odd that they arent giving out free cases anymore...

so my question is what advice should i give him?
