Hey guys,

any technical expertise would be appreciated. I am currently running iOS 5 beta 1 software, and all was going along swimmingly until just now when i was on a phone call and it dropped out, the screen then went back to the start up screen that appears just after you have downloaded the beta (setup screen) asking you to select wifi network, icloud, enter apple id etc.

I did all that and it seemed to get back to normal without losing anything. Made another call which was fine. Then a few minutes later it went back to that start up screen, asking me to select a wifi network, except now it won't let me select the 'next' button in the top right to proceed.

I guess my question is can i continue with this beta? or do i need to upgrade and if so how? Also is it possible to downgrade to the last version of 4.3.x?

Cheers

Hence why it's still in BETA, but have you tried connecting your phone to iTunes and clicking "Restore"?

August 4th (USA time) is the expiry date for iOS 5 Beta 1. Update it to Beta 4 or restore using iTunes.

More info:

Download the Beta 4 from here if you don't have access to it via Apple:
