I sold my 4, so the 4S is an upgrade at an upgrade price more or less. Spesd is good, camera is good, extra room is good, so all good for me.

Camera 4S is awesome, really good close ups ( but not too close), much snappier than the 4,

the vibrate motor seems better,

and the phone speaker is much louder than the 4, Not sure i like Siri having its own volume state though and not adhering to the silence button.

simple logic.

at long last, my iPhone 4s arrived after 10 days from Telecom :| updated to iOS 5.0.1 straight away after activation. so far so good, but battery drains faster.
i love the camera, the depth of field in macro shots are awesome.

I don't know how it compares to the 4, but it certainly has much better battery life than my 3GS. I tended to always charge my 3GS twice a day which was one of my few gripes with it.

Same thing with my 4, how old was it? Remember, the battery only lasts so long and does wear out eventually.

Two years old. I don't think the battery life deteriorated during its life, but I guess you wouldn't necessarily notice a very slow degradation.

I'm quite sure mine did, slowly but surely. I did some investigating here a while back, it will tell you the actual amount of charges and the capacity of the battery, etc.: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1008756#8.

At the moment I get about 48 Hours Standby and 6 Hours of usage. (from the information on the iPhone). This should be a lot more and will be fixed in the next version of iOS on the iPhone 4.

Varies, it really depends on what you are doing. Location Services kills the battery at probably around 10% every 25-30 minutes or so. WiFi is the next thing, with it off its lasted me about 3-4 days with light-medium use. Brightness is about halfway on mine with no bluetooth (I think it uses about twice as much juice as wifi). Mine right now says 2 days, 16 hours standby. 4 hours, 56 minutes of usage.

odd question to ask because whether you purchase an handset from the shop or an online store, issues can arise with either places and this applies to any handset made by any manufacturer.

Do whatever you want to do man.

Different batches might be less problematic (yellow screen)
