Yeah still no comms from OneNZ since the original order on the pre release day. 

I received my second order from Spark this week, when I went to open the box it looked like the top seal was already open and the phone had two dents! So now I had to go to the store for them to order a return bag (which is apparently also on back order), once it’s back with the online warehouse they will place a new order which is another 3+ week wait, praying it arrives before I go overseas 🫠

Spark seems to have replenished their stock. Many 17 Pro models are showing as in-stock in stores (same for the Air), but not so for the Pro Max which appears to have long lead times.

Like others, I still have not heard anything from One NZ and their website is showing from one to as many as six (or more) weeks when I checked their website this afternoon.

Wonder if One NZ just got unlucky with their Apple allocation or if their offer has gone gang busters with customers.

The 17 arrived yesterday. Pro motion aside, the OLED on my 5-year old iPhone 12 is the better of the two. The 17 is cooler temp and seems a bit washed out compared to the 12. Add in iOS 26 blurring some of the app icon images, I'm not feeling like this is five years of tech improvement I'm looking at.

thanku, any idea when the order was placed? Just trying to figure out if my order is anywhere near pick up stage.

I placed the order in-store on Saturday 13 September, and then collected it the following Saturday (20 September).

I never received any comms until this week when they started with "Your order is being processed" and now "Your order is ready for collection" even though I've had the phone for what feels like 2 months now…

I ordered a basic 17 in black on 22/09/25 from Noel Leeming, and have just been notified it’s ready for collection. I thought they may have some in stock but still showing they’re on order.
