You got my interest, downloaded spotify, read the instructions - stopped when it said login to Facebook, game over. Might have to look at those similar services.

riahon, try rdio - it's similar to Spotify but has no Facebook requirement. Spotify pissed a lot of people off when they went Facebook only.

You dont need a Facebook account to use Spotify anymore.

Scroll down a little further and use the 'login with email' or whatever it is. Set my kids up with it the other week just using their gmail accounts.
