I should add the new beta supports the iPad.

I installed the beta on my iPad last night. I'm not as sold as I was on the iPhone. I instantly liked the iPhone iOS when I started playing. The iPad feels like it's just a straight port of the iPhone UI. Some of the transitions just don't make sense or are ugly. The dock is not nice at all. Control Centre is available in some screens but not others (similarly Notification Centre).

I think it needs a lot of work!

I'm totally with you. It just doesn't feel right on the iPad. Will get use to it I suppose. I hope its buggy as its quite slow in some places on an iPad2
