Looking at where samsung is going, the newer "premium" devices are going to blow iphones away..

In what sense?

I'm curious, not being defensive....

Check out some CES videos on youtube..
Newer tablet/phones they're creating are friggin awesome..
I'm loyal to no brand, I go with what I think is the best currently..
On a note 4, I reckon it's the best one yet..

Going back and forth between iOS and Android, I get the impression that a lot of apps which are available on both platforms, seems to be better designed on the iOS. But it could be just me.

If I did decide to jump ship and go back to the Iphone what are the recommendations re the standard 6 or 6 plus ??

I know I need to go in store and play around with both just wanting peoples opinions.

Keep in mind I keep my phone in my front pocket all the time all but its in a case.

just seems to me like they're running out of ideas for iphones.

He is talking about S4 not the Note 4.

I'm really happy with the 6+ for everything, however, you will need bigger pockets. Upgrading to it from my 3GS did cost me extra for a few new pairs of cargo pants with leg pockets but my wife said I needed a change from jeans anyway :)

My wife has the 6 (not plus) and she is very happy with that. Larger than her iPhone 4 but not too big.

I use my 6+ more for monitoring my business servers, alerts, email, messaging, and web browsing than calls. It is also used heavily as a customized universal remote for all my home automation and AV control and the larger screen is great for these jobs.

I've not had any problems with IOS8 that have caused any issues.

I have a 6 and frankly, whilst the extra screen real estate would be great, for everyday use a 6+ would simply be too big for me.

In a case, especially one like my LifeProof Nuud, I could never fit my phone in my Jeans or Suit pocket if it was any bigger.

I thought that but I have no issues putting my 6+ in jeans, shorts, jackets and pants. I actually find it easier to get out as it is easy to grab.

I will add that if Microsoft had an updated version of the Nokia 1520 I probably would have gone for that.

One thing I have against Samsung phones is they ship with bloatware.

Maybe you should try a different brand before jumping to ios. My 2c

I rung Spark today and I have 29 days left on my current plan.

They offered me to drop out of the rest of the plan and a free Iphone 6 plus 16gb for free if I signed up for another 24 months.

I just don't know , I am thinking I might wait for the GS6 and have a look at that before making a decision , the GS6 though is going to cost $500 but that is for 32gb.

Ahhhhh decisions decisions lol.

I am on the $99 a month plan.

He said they would subside $700 on android and $1000 on Iphone but offered me the Iphone as in my other post.
