1Password, been using it for years now and wouldn't switch - love it. The iOS extension is fantastic from Safari - can open the app from any webpage and fill the password.
I have just moved to 1Password from Roboform and am pretty happy.
Roboform worked well across platforms and was good value, but for months now the safari plugin has been causing my browser to lag and I got sick of it, plus the integration with IOS is stronger with 1Password
