One of them gets it free off his mates if he sticks it out, the other is using it as some promo for their website. There may be more by now.

Chances are they really just want the exposure in the media then the phone itself.

Still no queue at VF in Wellington at 3pm.  Would be surprised if anyone bothered until tomorrow afternoon TBH.  This iPhone has suddenly become an un-cool product in a relatively shrot space of time!

Bare in mind that it is quite chilly down in Chch, and the prices are hardly going to keep you warm on a cold winters night...Id say the queue will start up tomorrow morning.

We were checking him out at work today, he's got his own blog setup and is posting up pictures, videos and stories live from the street lol. http://1stinline.blogspot.com/

I guess this seemed like a good idea at the time. But its bloody cold at night and queen street isn't the nicest of places to be laying your head! let alone worrying about where to do number 2's!!1 haha.
