Click "edit" top right of the Health App, scroll down and uncheck (de-star) "cycle tracking" and "back pain" and you won't see it again in the App

My Samsung Galaxy Health app is also doing the same to me.
I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.

Why not? I am a man. Why would I want to see that in my health stats? Surely the point of this sort of thing is a user experience tailored to the user?
