The modern Garmin models will do notifications and sleep tracking. If you want to get a decent insight into your sleep issue then you really need a clinical sleep study, but I find the Garmin sleep tracking okay as a general guide.

If you are in the apple echo system then it just works, for me its about tracking workouts/health etc.  But the main thing i love is just being able to add things to my shopping list or reminders knowing that they will be on the phone etc.  Siri also never has an issue with commands etc.

@tripp do you use "Raise to Speak", "Hey Siri", or just hold the crown?

I've found "Raise to Speak" next to useless as more often than not it doesn't work. Google says you can make it better by raising your wrist in a specific way, but having to do it in such a deliberate manner is pretty unworkable.
