oh great!!! thanks heaps! but so far.. i am loving telecom! its so good... and i know this is not the right thread to post... but i found a loop hole! telecom told me that on prepay to call aus.. its 49 cents!!!! its cheaper to call them using mobile then to call number in nz!! how bizare!

No, once I repost the file you will just have to click the link and download the file. You will then be able to select it from iTunes.

PC Users can carry on using the link above.

thanks nzbullet!! its working like a charm now.... everything works like its suppose to.. and i think i might just go and get my vodafone number ported to telecom for good...... :)

Don't forget you can ask Telecom to disconnect your existing 027 number and re-use your SIM to port your VF number.

No need to buy another one!

yeah i have already ask them that.. and they said thats not a problem... and would not charge me for extra.. as at the end of the day they want me to be part of their customer :P heheheh
but thanks heaps.. oh but one other thing.. when i asked them about yabba card.. they said there were surcharge for using it on telecom mobile... i might give yabba a call..

I have downloaded for windows and unzipped but cannot find the required file in there
is there something im doing wrong do I need to edit the name of a file?

Apple has blocked users from updating Carrier Settings with the .ipcc files in the latest iTunes 8.2 update. If you want to use this you will need to do it prior to updating iTunes
