SIM to Micro SIM conversion kits maybe a challenge as Micro SIM's are SMALLER.

Conversion kit would require one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U...

I think the question was for going the other way... getting a Micro, and "enlarging" it to work in a regular phone.

I can see some Asian companies making a new sim tray for the iPhone so that you can put a micro sim into your phone and then take it out and put it in your ipad.

Two thing I am curious about though.

1) Can you use your iPhone and tether your ipad via bluetooh ;-) dreaming here I think.

2) Can a sim card be duplicated so that you have 2 sims with the same number, ID etc. I know this one is no doubt illegal but it will be done if it can be done.

I personally think apple knows that this 'system' will be worked around but don't really care because they will have kept AT&T happy. Let's face it, if apple really wanted to force you into having 2 data plans they could have done alot worse. They are, after all, the masters at locking a device down.
