However try buying contract free... and I don't think you'll have much luck unless the store needs to move the stock or the sales person hasn't been told.

Noel Leeming never did give their official word on selling off-contract, but from what I understand Noel Leeming sell the phone as Vodafone dealer and are therefore bound by the same rules - i.e. 24-month term only.
