If after a carrybagu for your iPad, I can recommend the booq taipan shadow xs. It has a well protected zippered sleeve within the bag and some extra compartments for those other bits and pieces we all have. I also got the 13 inch version for those days when I need a bit more to tote around, although it would make a great laptop bag. Previously to this I had the STM jacket which was good, but rather limiting in what you are able to carry in addition to the iPad.
