What?! I had an order in when it was launched, but then the credit card I was using didn't have enough founds available so it was stopped. Called them this morning and have yet to see anything. Did I get to the very end of the line and then some?!

I was one of the unfortunate ones who had their card decline on Friday, but they attempted to re-charge my card today and now my order is waiting to be shipped tomorrow and will arrive Wednesday.

Bought mine today by trading in my old iPhone 5 (64GB) and got the iPhone 5S on a 24 months interest free. I've updated to 7.0.3 and everything is running very smoothly - the extra grunt from the process has made things more snappy in particular when dealing with javascript heavy websites.

Mine arrived yesterday afternoon as I was hoping it would. The initial syncing and update to 7.0.3 went without a hitch, as did the transfer of my 2degrees connection from micro SIM to nano SIM. Coming from a 4S I find that the taller screen doesn't always provide much benefit but it's good for up/down scrolling apps (e.g. Facebook), and I'm impressed at how fast and accurate the touch ID is. Otherwise I haven't really used it enough yet to comment on performance, camera, etc.

I also bought a Tech21 Impact Trio case which looks smart and suits the device well, but I've been struggling to find a suitable sports armband until I eventually had a look at Mighty Ape this afternoon. They have a product called the Sporteer Velocity which looks really good, so I've ordered one of those.

Gave me a $430 credit - I probably could have gotten more on TradeMe but given the massive fees TradeMe charge combined with the mucking around of payment then shipping etc. it was easier to go for the credit provided by Telecom.

Side note: I got a 4G SIM card so I'm all ready to rock for the 4G LTE launch :D

Got a very helpful Daniel at Telecom call center on Monday afternoon who rang Moorhouse, got them to put the last 32GB Gold on hold for me, then cancelled my order with the new dispatch team as he wasn't confident it would be shipping this week. He also followed it up the next day to sort out a work around (because dispatch hadn't cancelled it fully so they couldn't put 2 phones on the one number), and then ported the number over last night.
All up and running nicely and the gold does look awesome.
Just waiting on my Luvvitt case to arrive now (who have awesome customer service, the first one they sent me hadn't had the shipping tracking info updated in a few days so they sent another one out, meaning I'll probably get two cases for price of 1 just in case the first shipment doesn't arrive)

Arrived 2 days ago for me and it is great considering it was 10 days wait.

Best roll out ever since the iPhone 4 - not sure how Telecom and Voda can still justify selling it on contract (open or otherwise).

Just to follow up on this, the courier attempted delivery on Monday 4th but I wasn't home. Have just received it today.

On first impression I'm a bit unsure about the gold colour after seeing it IRL, maybe it'll grow on me :)
