No, You can run all three commands, even though it says the unlock is only for OTB 1.1.2 or 1.1.3. I have an OTB 1.0.2 and it worked fine for me.

It should take about 2 1/2 to 3 mins if you have "Unlock" Checked

Are you on windows? if so quit ZiPhone, make sure ALL instances of iTunes are stopped (inlcuding "iTunes Helper") then restart ZiPhone and try again.

If you are on a mac you should just be able to Quit both programs and then re-run ZiPhone

Cool, glad it worked and welcome to the 1.1.3 club!

You need to Install BSD subsystems. Also read the thread about VFNZ fixes, there are many optimization tips you can do. There is also a post on getting iBrickr to work in that same Topic.
