tdgeek: I still have my iPhone 4, but it has no 3G as the sim is in the 4S, Cody may be the same

Wont it work to put the sim back into the iPhone 4, maker personal hotspot, connect 4S, update iOS then put sim back in 4S? Maybe I'm wrong but after initial setup I thought you could still use the iPhone without sim?

Yes that will work, Im just assuming he's like me and doesn't have his iPhone 4 with him as he's not home with wifi.

That's a different situation, and just means he cannot update while he's out, which I wouldn't expect to be a big problem

Yes, I must say Siri has been really quite accurate. As for the updates, I sold the 4 some time ago so that's a no go but hopefully we can get adsl2+ on here later in the month.

So i just got my new 4S from telecom, a white one, simply because my 4 was black, so i can justify the spend. I pre - ordered it, and arrived like they said it would.

However the screen is clearly yellow, especially when you compare it with my iPhone 4.

So do i let it settle,

or return it,

ring telecom,

i called 123.

Girl was very nice, think she might have been new she put me on hold a lot. Anyway, they are sending me a replacement and sending the other one back, couldn't swap in store unfortunately. Hope the new one, is clear and white, not pissy yellow.
