It takes ages but they do finally arrive. Call the apple line if it takes longer than 6 weeks

Woo Hoo,
Just go my 'Your iPod has now reached the repair center' email.
That is about 6 weeks since I sent it but this is still the best thing a tech company has done for me by miles.
I get closer to being a fanboi every day.
Didn't anybody tell you I was a hacker?

Just got my new, yes Sixth Gen, iPod.
Wow, it is very small and I can't wait to get home and plug it in.
Thanks Apple. This is the best thing a tech company has done for me ... ever.
Didn't anybody tell you I was a hacker?

Can't believe how long my one is taking
Got the "reached the repair center" email on the 16th Feb. Still no replacement.
Looks like it usually takes less than a week to receive the replacement after that so I'm beginning to worry

It arrived about 2 weeks later after I contacted them and got a case worker assigned to chase it up
