Regarding One, sorry I wasn't clear.

there's another One Wallet discount, go to the website if you are currently on another network or find in the App if you are a current customer, which stacks on top of the $400 discount for the $75/month plan or the $700 discount for the $85/month plan. Plus you can trade in a phone and credit that to the Iphone 17 etc.

Have I got this right for a 24 month contract?

  • Spark are offering $500 discount on $65 pm plan, plus all plans above
  • One are offering $400 discount on $70 pm plan, $700 discount on $85 pm plan.

Can't see any $700 discount options?

@dafman you were too late, i think there was a discount war with Spark and One but they decided against it and reduced it in between 400 - 500 discount

Here's my invoice

@dafman looks like the original $700 preorder deal has gone.

I put my spark number into the One wallet website, and it offered me $1200 off a new iPhone.

Looks like you can't use those One dollars online?

Is this on top of my trade in?

I ordered mine from Spark last night, $700 discount on $65, 24 month plan.

Looks like they have changed it to $500 discount now.

turtleattacks: Just remember most telcos will give you something like $600 off if you go on their $65 per month plans for 12 months.

Well, 2degrees just lost a pretty long-term customer there...

Them still not providing Apple Watch eSim along with this rubbish has meant I'm off to Spark this round plus Spark are doing a trade-in boost saving even more money on my plan.

2degrees are incredibly noncompetitive this round...

Also changed this thread to be the general ordering thread seeing we're discussing other options :)

Yep, 2D only offered me $300 off, plus it means I would no longer get my 1st Responder discount anymore since they stopped doing that. Went with Spark who are offering $700 off 🤷.

The kiwi hero discount was really the only thing keeping me with 2d.

I get this as well and I'm on Kogan. Its simply not worthwhile for me as I only use 20-25Gb per month. Currently Kogan is $330 per year for 32Gb a month. One NZ is $1,020 per year for 2 years so the extra cost to me is $1,380 and One only give me $1,200 discount.

Cheaper for me to Gem Visa (interest free) a new phone than overpay a Telco.

That won't happen until ~8pm tonight (at which time it's on the DHL plane bound for Auckland, or already in their local warehouse).

thanks! My date is between 26th and the 1st, so I am probably being optimistic. Mine is still stuck at "processing" - which is to be expected given the allocated delivery date

Oh yep, it would be in the "Preparing to ship" (step 2 of 4) stage if it were arriving tomorrow. Mine's been preparing to ship since Sunday/Monday.

Interesting to hear about that discount being removed.  I must check if the education one is still in play?
