Looking for interest for a split in a seedbox.

500gb share with 5TB total traffic shared.

RuTorrent UI with FTP and HTTPS for pulling off the server. Hosted in France.

Its dedicated too.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you.

Good old OVH!

5TB tends to go heaps further than you think because internal traffic doesn't count

How much are you looking at for the share? I'm paying £5.50(approx) with just under 250 gig hard drive space no limits on the traffic in or out but as I'm on the lowest plan I'm only getting 50 Mbps speeds my company is seedboxco.com was paying £15 for a gigabit speed but found I didn't need to spend that on my adsl line. My seedbox is my one luxury in my life lol.

ild highly suggest not touching OVH, not even with a large pole..

give a bit of a read into all their policy changes in the last 6~12 months, and how many were shafted by it..

Not sure what you want to pool but I've been using a seedbox for about 2ish years well worth it for two reasons for sites that you need to maintain good ratios for being members of (private trackers) & for getting the best speeds when transferring via FTP server to your pc. If you're looking at getting one to bypass current laws then you are thinking wrong as yes you are not being looked at under current copyright laws as this was poorly written & focussed on peer to peer networking which you are not doing as you use ftp to transfer stuff back to your pc.

What you do need to know is that you are still being tracked in other ways & your data as well as your online activities are still being logged. You still will find that if your seedbox provider is requested for their logs / data then a lot of them if not all of them are legally required to pass that on. The only safeguard is that in certain countries they don't have the same requirements for keeping that information & or the need to actually do it. What is the likely scenario is that they will give the info or refuse to & shut up shop change their name & data server providers at their end. Often this simply means you get a email to say we've changed some stuff so you need to make changes at your end (maybe a change in the bank account your paying & a change to your ftp server address to access stuff.

Now I can't be 100 % certain that is what has happened for me & my seedbox provider but they've changed name twice in the time I've been using them but other than a couple of hard drive failures where they given me a day or two notice of need to replace (meaning that I've had to clear the contents) they've been pretty awesome and for less than $10 a month I've got no complaints.

Lastly if your reasons are to avoid the laws (copyright) just remember that NZ's most famous person who is in the news a lot for claimed mass breach was not running a peer to peer service & to best of my knowledge basically all traffic from his website was basically ftp transfer (just through his own client).

Why use FTP?  Surely that's what sFTP is for (as in secure-FTP)?  If you don't want your data being monitored having the stream SSH encrypted is the solution.
