I'm getting an Okta Touch so it is time to sell off my Titan.

I'm looking for around $1000. It is only 2 months and in excellent condition. Comes with Windows Mobile 6 (all the others have WM5) and applications like SPB PocketPlus, SPB Backup and SPB GPRS Monitor, Resco Explorer 2007 and a 2Gb MicroSD card.

little off thread so please excuse me, but I am going to do the same I wonder how many more of us are going to drop the titan for a touch, thats $1399 down to 799, just goes to show that price is not always an issue. Anyway sorry to intrude on your tread.

Intrude away (on Brads thread... lol), I think its a valid point.

I gave my Titan to she who must be obeyed, and got myself a Touch yesterday.

I bet the Mob Insurance team is about to experience an influx of claims on Apaches, Treos and high end Nokias and Sanyos (as people have seriously well-timed unintended accidents with their handsets). I think a Titan in 100% good nick fully boxed should still fetch $1000 virtually instantly on Trademe, but there is no doubt the Touch is good value.

I do miss wifi, and I am missing the keyboard, but not greatly so.

For people who do require thos things, they are lucky that there will be a number of Titans on the market at ~300 - 400 dollars under their retail value.

I am still coming across minor UI improvements that definitley take the shine off the effort Palm put into the 700wx. HTC has delivered a wicked mobile, with MAJOR extra effort put into the usability.

I still feel another 3 - 5 years development will be required to start lowering the point at which non-PDA people will want a phone like this, but its a big step.

Shortly after posting this a Geekzone member contacted me to purchase the Titan.

Who needs Trade Me when theres this fantastic forum! No success fee, although knowing Mauricio he'll want his cut (joking :-p)
