I've no longer got a need for my HTPC so am looking to sell. Any interest @ $200?

Specs as follows:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHZ
ASUS P5N7A-VM
4GB GSKILL DDR2 PC2 6400
Seagate 7200.11 1.5TB
Coolermaster GeminII M4 heatsink
Antec NSK 1480 case

The motherboard has an on-board HDMI and a Nvidia chipset with integrated 9300m graphics so can handle all the H264 decoding etc without breaking a sweat. Fans in the case and HSF are variable speed so can be set to accommodate your noise/cooling preferences.

Having been running OpenELEC/Kodi on it for the last couple of years without any issues.

Will come configured with OpenELEC booting from a Kingston USB drive, in my opinion this provides the best experience. OpenELEC/Kodi benefits from the improved random read/write performance of the flash drive. System does not include Windows.

Would need to be collected from Papakura in Auckland, I don't have the packaging available to ship.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Good system and good price GLWS.

Does the onboard HDMI output 5.1 sound also?

Yes, it does Dolby Digital and DTS passthrough. Have used this feature with my Sony soundbar.
