Hi,

Our crappy subwoofer has just died, so I'm after a replacement subwoofer.

Ideally looking for something cheap around the $300 max mark?  Anything considered really, but needs an integrated amp.

Just wondering if anyone has one, in the Wellington - Whanganui region ideally.

Thanks.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

Thanks for the offer but have decided to spend a bit more and may even go new.

Have seen this and will check a few stores forninstote demos units on clearance etc.

Thanks. Funny that's almost exactly what we had and to be fair, for the size of the room (and volume levels required given we have kids now) it wasn't too bad.

I'm checking out some local stuff over the weekend but may come back to you. Not sure where to even buy subwoofers these days. Harvey Norman maybe. Not sure if smith city does anything like that. Noel's seems to be only as part of a speaker package deal.

With the aforementioned kids, good enough is the order of the day over quality now, as much as i'm surprised to hear myself say that.
