FS in Auckland - two Li-Ion Battery Packs for HP DV6 (Pavilion) - Tested - see results attached.

4.351AH and 4.626AH FCC (Full Charged Capacity is what it has when fully charged; Remaining Capacity is current State of Charge; Design Capacity is what manufacturer encoded into the BMS)

While Trademe is full of Chinese untested batteries from unknown manufacturer, here you have two tested packs.

Asking price $100 for both or your best offer. Pick up Greenlane.

If you have pile of laptop packs with unknown condition - I can help you test them quickly.

If you need Li-Ion cells - I have pile of 18650 and pouch flat ones - all load tested.

@ruki, I see you have 18650 batteries. I need some high discharge cells for a cordless drill application. I sourced some good Panasonic NCR18650B but now understand I need something like a LG HB2 or HB6. I would be interested in a trade if you had something suitable. I need 12 cells.

- I have more than 12 cells; Also have flat ones.

- recently I've built packs for my 3 cordless tools (one is 3.7V another 7.2 and another is 12V) in different configuration, e.g. for the 12V screwdriver/drill it is 4P3S. Apart from 18650 pack has thermal fuse, temperature sensor and extra plug for balancing/remaining voltage checks. That one is multipurpose - charges IPAD and some of my proprietary field testing equipment.

I am rebuilding 18v pack with 6x 18650. I am using cell holders and will be using battery protection module for cell voltage monitoring on recharge. All I need now is some tested high discharge cells. Do you have 12 cells that are capable of discharging at 30A or so?

I'm looking at the testing one fellow has done on many batteries here [url]https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blog-entry/list-of-battery-tests.7436/[url/]

Japanese made cells used in laptops do not have any markings indicative of C-rating. Those 18650 inside laptop packs are capable of 1C (2A-3A) discharge

Electric drill you are using - have you tested current on that one? Mine is about 5A. I use 4P or 6P configuration just for increased capacity not because of the discharge rate.

I have pile of 18650 - all load tested.

Could be interested here.. use 18650 cells for many of my IoT projects.
