Hey Guy,

Looking for some rolls of cable. In the past I have purchased 30m rolls of 6mm2 twin sheathed twin core marine grade cable but this seller is no longer doing these and unable to find anything similar.

This is for running some outdoor solar cable power runs.

Waikato region preferred but happy to pay shipping depending on price.

Let me know if you have anything!

If its low voltage then another option is landscape lighting cable. I have some of that for a 24v feed out to my outdoor lipo charging in a metal toolbox setup and its lasted great in the outdoors

Yeah low voltage 12-20v as running my panels in parallel. Although on a sunny day in middle of summer I can see around 10A on the cable, this is why I would like 6mm2 or around 12awg or better so it will handle these currents with minimal voltage drop and allow future expansion.

Do you know what guage cable you use?

Are you fussy about colours and conductors?

I have some 3-phase cable on the roll - various styles and amounts. TPS-style so not actually outdoors-style but conduit is cheap :-)

The stuff I got was 12 AWG - its the typical single insulated stuff with ridges down one side of it to indicate polarity that a landscape light would normally have its teeth go into inorder to tap power off. I have a 12v output dc converter at the far end powering a imax b6 in a box that I take outside when charging lipo cells. anderson powerpole connectors for the disconnect since they are silver plated they seem to cope very well with the loose end being left outside.
